Do you want to keep prying eyes out of your Outlook mailbox?
This can be accomplished by creating a password for the
.pst file that Outlook uses to store e-mails, appointments,
addresses and other contact information.
Open Outlook, and right click on the Outlook Today icon
in the upper left of the window.

You should see a menu; select Properties on the menu to
have the Personal Folders Properties window displayed.

Now click the Advanced button in the lower right corner
of the window to display the Personal Folders window.

You should now see the Change Password
button, click
it to display the Change Password window.

Now you can entre your current password if you have one,
along with the new password, and verify it. Leave the Save
this password in your password list check box blank unless
you'd like the password saved and not need to entre it each
time you open Outlook.
NOTE: Check the Caps Lock key so you know if your using
capitals or not.
Now click OK three (3) times and you're done.
Ctrl + C or any other key, means hold the
Ctrl key down, then press that key to perform the task.
